The Little Caesars Global Resource Center is Detroit’s first newly constructed corporate headquarters building in more than a decade and only the seventh since 1950. Construction of the new Little Caesars Global Resource Center is another boost to Detroit’s impressive comeback story. The 234,000-square-foot building features a first-of-its-kind facade with 14-foot-tall windows shaped like a pizza.

Construction started in September of 2016, with 60% of all awarded contracts going to Detroit-based businesses. Intentio Innovations was contracted to provide BIM services for the coordination of all plumbing to be installed in the new headquarters. Opening its doors in 2018, the innovated headquarters is the cornerstone of The District Detroit’s Columbia Street neighborhood.
