The Grand River Public space, sponsored by DTE Energy, is part of the public park space development in downtown Detroit. The 1.2-acre Beacon Park includes a 9,800-square-foot restaurant, movable music stage, recreational space for sports and relaxation, food trucks, and parking for bicycles. 

Intentio Innovations was pleased to take the lead on the 3D plumbing coordinations for the park. There was a groundbreaking ceremony held June 28, 2016, and an opening ceremony held on July 20, 2017. Through a grant from the DTE Energy Foundation, hundreds of events are held at Beacon Park each year, expecting the public space to attract over one million visitors.
